Questions, answered
What the agents make, what a credit buys and what happens to the work afterwards. If something here is not clear, that is a bug in the page — tell us and we will rewrite it.
The agents
What each one makes, and how good it is.
Three things, from three agents that share one account. The faceless video agent turns a topic into a narrated short over generated visuals, with word-level captions and automatic cuts — the format that carries Shorts, Reels and TikTok. The explainer agent turns a script into a whiteboard animation that is drawn on screen in step with the narration. The social agent turns a video, or a bare idea, into platform-ready copy and a matching visual. All three hand you a finished file you can download.
Close to it. You give the agent a topic in your own words — "how compound interest works", "three facts about the deep sea", a paragraph from your own docs — and it writes the script, picks the visuals and narrates it. There is no preset list you have to choose from, though there are starting points if you would rather not stare at an empty box.
Every video is generated for you. The script is written for your topic and the visuals are generated to match that script, so two people who type the same topic get different videos — different wording, different scenes, different pacing. Nothing is pulled from a shared stock library that a thousand other channels are also posting.
Yes, and editing is free. You can rewrite the script, swap a line, change the voice, adjust the format and re-roll individual scenes before you approve anything. Credits are spent when you render, not while you work — so there is no cost to trying a fourth version of the opening line.
Short form: 30, 60, 90 or 120 seconds, in portrait, landscape or square. That covers Shorts, Reels, TikTok and an embed on a landing page. Long-form video is not something Vidmoro does today.
They are studio neural voices — eight of them, male and female, in US English — and the captions are timed to the audio at the word rather than the line, which is what makes them land on the beat instead of drifting a syllable behind. Voices in languages other than English are not available yet.
Your creative direction, saved as a file: the palette, the voice, the pacing and the rules you never break. Apply a Skill and every agent works to it, so the script, the visuals and the captions come out in one voice instead of three. Applying a Skill changes the prompt, never the price. You can write your own or start from one in the community library.
The generative models refuse sexual, hateful and graphically violent content, and we do not allow Vidmoro to be used for impersonation, harassment or deliberate misinformation. Beyond that the topic is yours. You are responsible for what you publish — see the terms for the full version.
Credits & billing
What things cost and when you are charged.
Credits are the only thing you buy, and everything an agent finishes costs the same 300 of them — a faceless short, a whiteboard explainer or a social post. One balance covers all three agents, so you never have to guess in advance which one you will want this month. Re-rendering an MP4 that already exists costs 100, because the render itself is real compute even when nothing about the video changed.
Yes, and it does not ask for a card. The free plan gives you 600 credits a month — 2 finished videos — at exactly the quality the paid plans render at, with no watermark. It is a real plan rather than a trial that expires.
Plus is $9.99 a month for 6,000 credits, which is about 20 videos. Pro is $24.99 for 15,000, and Max is $49.99 for 30,000. Paying yearly takes 15% off every one of them. The allowance is what changes between plans — the output quality does not.
No. Your allowance is granted fresh at the start of every month and whatever is left of the old one expires, which is what keeps the monthly price where it is. Credits bought as a one-off top-up pack are different: those sit in a separate balance and never expire.
Subscribers can buy a one-off top-up pack — the smallest is $5.00 for 2,400 credits — and those credits never expire. They are only offered once the month's allowance is actually gone, so you are never sold credits at pack rates while you still hold cheaper ones.
No — it changes the invoice, not the allowance. You are billed once instead of twelve times and pay 15% less, and the same monthly credit allowance still arrives at the start of every month.
Any time, yourself, from the billing page in your dashboard — no email, no retention call. An upgrade takes effect immediately and your allowance moves to the new plan; a cancellation leaves you on the plan you have paid for until the end of that period, then drops you to free.
Credits that have already been spent on a finished render cannot be returned — that GPU time is bought and gone the moment the video is made, which is also why editing is free and only the render costs anything. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will make it right.
Your work & account
Ownership, downloads and getting help.
Yes. Whatever the agents make for you is yours — post it, monetise it, put it in a client deliverable, sell it. We do not take a cut and we do not claim a licence back on your output.
No, on every plan including the free one. The MP4 you download is the finished film.
In your dashboard library, where you can play them, download the MP4 or re-cut them without re-rendering the whole thing. Keep your own copy of anything you care about, as you would with any tool.
That is what the social agent is for. Hand it a finished video and it writes the caption set for seven platforms — each one in that platform's shape rather than the same paragraph pasted seven times — and produces a matching visual.
No. Vidmoro makes the video and the posts; publishing them is yours to do. Nothing here connects to your TikTok or YouTube account or posts on a schedule.
No. You type a topic, read what the agent wrote, change anything you do not like and press render. There is no timeline to learn, and nothing to install — it runs in the browser.
Email contact.vidmoro@gmail.com. A real person reads it, and the more specific you are — the video, what you expected, what you got — the faster it gets fixed.
The quickest answer is a video
The free plan needs no card and renders at the same quality as every paid one. Type a topic and see what comes back.
